DynaPack and DynaGate were developed based on the Dynamic Gateway Frame developed by znt-Richter in an alliance between the IT companies znt-Richter and GK System. znt-Richter is an internationally active group of companies in the field of the information technology, automation, network technology and e-Business.

Dynamic Gateway Frame

Starting point

The different systems such as Reservation Systems, Internet Booking Engines, mid- and back office, credit card payment systems are normally “interconnected “ mainly via manual data communication. New systems cannot  be easily integrated without profound changes to the existing systems. Thus, the “combination” of services from other vendor systems with internal systems can only be achieved after substantial expenditure.

The goal

The goal is the connection of systems with different interface definitions, the conversion of different interface formats (XML, SOAP, STADIS® etc.), the on-line integration of the services of third party providers and the integration of existing systems such as Mid and Back Office and payment systems without making complex adjustments at existing systems.

The solution

The solution to attain the above goal is the Dynamic Gateway Frame with logic. Through this, the connection of different interface definitions is now possible. The Dynamic Gateway Frame configured quickly and simply to provide a workflow engine for the operation of interfaces and control of processes. Technically, DynaPack and the DynaGate is a product developed from the Dynamic Gateway Frame. Using the DynaPack services of different suppliers can be combined and booked “on-line” in a total travel package. DynaGate makes the use for the new STEAL® technology of Start Amadeus possible without complex adjustment of the existing STADIS® gateway.

  • Session handling for the intermediate storage of arbitrary data, which are needed during a process
  • Configurable interface engines on XML basis for the operation of different interfaces.
  • Workflow engine for controlling the different operational sequence based on the data obtained from the interface engine.

  • Integration between existing Front- and Back Office Systems, in order to make foreign services in the front-end available.
